An Individualized Client-centered Program of Recovery

from Addiction and Alcoholism

Men and women struggling with addiction to alcohol, street drugs, or prescription drugs, need individualized help from a qualified hands-on recovery professional.  Our experience spans over 20 years in the field of addiction recovery and our program has helped many-many people to re-discover life as it was meant to be.  Our clients are men and women, professionals, stay at home parents, college students, or any adult seeking help with a desire to stop the devastation of alcohol and drugs on their lives and the lives of those around them.  We developed our program based on proven recovery experiences, evidence-based addiction theory and client-centered coaching process in an outpatient setting.  We work privately, one-on-one, coaching clients back from the dark places of addiction.  Good people find themselves in the crushing grip of addiction, taking many of them to the the precipice of destruction and an early death.  We've helped many to find release, relief and renewal by providing personal guidance, individualized  structure, accountability, family and relationship coaching and real recovery solutions for their real lives.  For many struggling people, an expensive 30-day inpatient rehab may be ineffective, resulting in nothing more than a physical detox period and a temporary escape from reality.  Real recovery means one that lasts and is therefore built on attainable and sustainable new reactions to life, a new set of choices and a new outlook on one's-self and life's possibilities.

We know that each person has individual needs in the early stages of their recovery. We integrate personal, family, career, school needs and challenges with our evidence-based recovery coaching program and provide solutions that work in the real world.  Our client sessions are scheduled on weekday evenings and weekends to meet the needs of real people in their life, work and school schedules.  The program uses the power of consistent, one-on-one therapeutic coaching interventions and accountability actions formulated and structured for the individual client's daily success.  We do not subject clients to impersonal group therapy sessions, diluting effective coaching and ignoring the client's specific personal recovery needs.

Our program concentrates on the first year of life-changing recovery work. Many men and women have succeeded in their recovery journey by working privately with a professional coach. If an individual has tried to stop using drugs or alcohol on their own and failed, tried inpatient treatment but was unsuccessful, there is a better solution.  Some have may have attended several weeks-long intensive outpatient programs to get help, then relapsed back into drinking or using.  If attempts to change a life of fear and negative consequences through these types of traditional treatments have been unsuccessful, or if drugs and alcohol are just becoming a problem, a one-on-one recovery coaching program may be the solution. Consistency in our private session work and our healthy recovery support breaks the scary cycle of addiction relapse and brings peace, hope and happiness back to life.  We may include spouses, families, significant others and even employers to unify recovery efforts.  For true healing and long-term recovery to develop, there must be a new state of hope, a new state of mind and a new state of process.  This kind of successful recovery work may be very difficult in "group therapy" settings for some people and we've come to believe that our one-on-one work with clients is key to their successes!

Our Program Fits Real-Life Conditions for Professionals, Stay at Home Adults, College Students, Athletes, Parents, or Any Adult

Education:
Discover the Disease

Alcoholics and drug addicts are not "bad people", quite the contrary, they are really-really good people suffering from a "bad" disease. When the illness is treated, the real person can shine.

In 2014, an estimated 22.5 million Americans aged 12 and older self-reported needing treatment for alcohol or illicit drug use. Many prevention approaches, such as selective prevention strategies, focus on helping individuals develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills they need to make good choices or change harmful behaviors.

Assets:
Discover Yours

Rather than focus on a client’s weaknesses, a Recovery Coach helps the client

identify and focus on strengths, goals, and his or her "Recovery Capital". This allows clients to gain a brand new perspective on life and the way they view the many life challenges they face.

While some methods involve reviewing the client’s past, many Recovery Professionals use a pro-active, positive approach that focuses on the present and the future. Humans learn from their struggles in life, as well as from their accomplishments. We learn to become resilient as a result of both types of experiences.

Recover:
Evolve and Win

Addiction recovery can be a lengthy and arduous process which involves several stages of transformation. An addicted person can be considered truly free from dependence on alcohol or drugs only after these transformations, or "realignments of self", have occurred.

Every individual goes through stages in their on way, and the length of time required depends on the person’s individual personality and biology, as well as on the specific substance abused.

"Recovery is the process of restoring or developing a positive and meaningful sense of identity while practicing acceptance of one's changing life conditions.   Rebuilding relationships, enjoying the days and growing in peace, serenity and sobriety is possible - despite or within the limitations imposed by life's conditions."
